Slow Mango Fish Tacos

These fish tacos are a tropical twist on a classic, featuring tender, flaky white fish topped with crisp cabbage and creamy avocado, all drizzled with the sweet and spicy kick of Slow Mango. An excellent choice for taco lovers!
Serves: 4 (2 tacos per person)
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
1 lb white fish fillets (like cod or tilapia)
2 tbsp Slow Mango
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
8 small corn tortillas
Shredded cabbage
Sliced avocado
Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix Slow Mango, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Coat the fish with the mixture and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Grill or pan-fry the fish over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Flake the fish and divide it among the tortillas. Top with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, and a drizzle of Slow Mango.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
