Slow Mango Grilled Chicken

Juicy, tender chicken breasts marinated in Slow Mango, honey, and a hint of soy, grilled to perfection for a sweet and spicy flavor that’s irresistible. Ideal for adding a tropical kick to any meal!
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes (plus 30 minutes marinating)
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp Slow Mango
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix Slow Mango, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the fridge).
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve!
